In my 12+ years as a Personal Trainer, I learned that the 'secret sauce' was a combination of three things.

1- Creating a pathway to achieving your goals.

2- Fitness programming that you can understand and (actually) do

3- How both, goal setting and programming can integrate in to your current lifestyle.
